In our worship service this week, we turn our attention to the Old Testament Book of Exodus and the struggle of the Hebrew people while they were enslaved in Egypt. We examine a transformational scripture about the nature of power in our world. Does power mean that we can get others to do what we want them to do, or is it something more?
We will look at the story of the Hebrew midwives Shiphrah and Puah to answer that challenging question, and we will use the events of the Book of Exodus to celebrate that as children of a risen Lord, we are people of life and not people of death; and we can always find hope because in the end, God wins!
I hope you will join us for this awesome message of hope!
